An interior storefront window head assembly features an extruded aluminum frame mounted directly beneath a framed wall header. Shims are placed as necessary between the top of the aluminum frame and the overhead construction for proper leveling and fit. The glass pane is secured within the aluminum framing members using standard gaskets.
