A 1-1/2 inch steel pipe handrail is supported by a curved steel bracket welded to a 1/4 inch thick by 3 inch diameter steel plate. The plate is anchored to the concrete panel using three 1/4 inch by 3 inch expansion bolts spaced at 6 feet on center and 6 inches from each end. The handrail features a smooth return to the wall with all welds ground smooth and pits filled as required. The top of the handrail is positioned 34 to 38 inches above the finished stair or floor level.
