An accessible lavatory mounted to the wall with required handicap clearances per ADA guidelines. The installation features a handicapped lavatory fixture with drain pipe insulation, positioned below a wall-mounted mirror. Clearances include a twenty-seven-inch minimum knee clearance height, a thirty-four-inch maximum rim height, an eight-inch minimum toe clearance depth, and an eleven-inch minimum toe clearance height. The bottom of the mirror is placed at a forty-inch maximum clearance height above the finished floor.
