The central column is wrapped with one-inch foam expansion material. A round isolation layer is installed around the column, wrapped with one-quarter-inch foam expansion, with strip bracing to be stripped on the same day. Two number four bars are placed in the upper one-third of the surrounding slab. Two number four stirrups are spaced at twelve inches on center.
