Refrigerant pipe sets pass horizontally through the faceplate of a raised curb base equipped with a continuous skirt for roofing integration. Expanding foam fills the annular space around the pipes at each penetration location. A removable lid covers the assembly to protect the internal lines and allow access for maintenance. The entire curb base mounts directly to the roof deck with flashing tied into the membrane.
