A gypsum board soffit framing assembly featuring three and five-eighths inch metal studs spaced at twenty-four inches on center. The underside is finished with five-eighths inch gypsum board attached to the framing. Ceiling height and ceiling schedules are coordinated per the architectural ceiling plan.
