This field fabricated pipe flashing assembly integrates waterproofing and insulation components around a vertical penetration. A reinforced membrane is installed per the manufacturer with a water stop, maintaining a one and one-half to two inch clearance dimension. Non-reinforced flashing extends up the penetration and is secured by a stainless steel clamping ring installed per the manufacturer. Rigid insulation is laid beneath, with fastener and fastening plates installed per the manufacturer spaced twelve inches maximum. Additional reinforced membrane and sealant seal the assembly at the horizontal surface.
