A call-button box is recessed into a partition finished with two layers of five-eighths-inch gypsum board over C-H studs. Wood blocking is provided as required behind the box for structural support. A twenty-five gauge steel strip measuring six by twelve inches minimum is anchored behind the backing. A one-inch gypsum liner panel provides additional backing with a four-inch minimum dimension.
