Steel guardrails are detailed at an intermediate stair landing with continuous top rails above and stair stringers positioned below. Steel flat bar posts serve as supports with a one-and-a-half-inch clearance noted at transitions. Clearances include three inches between stringers and less than four inches between guardrails. Handrail supports connect to the assembly with centerline dimensions verified in the field.
