A 5-inch by 2-inch hollow structural section is capped with a 1/4-inch plate and secured to a concrete vestibule wall. The assembly utilizes a 1/4-inch by 4 1/2-inch by 6-inch base plate reinforced by a 1/4-inch by 4 1/2-inch by 6-inch stiffener plate. Two 3/4-inch by 6-inch Titen HD heavy-duty screw anchors fasten the plate to the concrete. All steel components and fasteners are finished with a black paint to match the adjacent curtain wall mullions.
