An MC12x10.6 channel stair stringer rests on a concrete slab on grade and is anchored with a three-quarter-inch diameter expansion bolt through an L 3x3x5/16 by six-inch angle welded with a quarter-inch fillet weld. A steel column supports a C12x20.7 member via a three-eighths by three-and-a-half by three-and-a-half-inch cap plate welded with quarter-inch fillet welds. A C12x20.7 ledger channel for the stair landing is secured to a concrete tilt-up wall using a three-eighths by three-and-a-half by nine-inch plate with three three-quarter-inch diameter A-325 N bolts and three-quarter-inch diameter by five-inch Simpson Titen HD anchors at framing members plus one at eighteen inches on center.
