Stainless steel sill pan flashing assembly for door and window openings. The assembly features a minimum four-inch depth and a continuous upturned flange forming a minimum four-inch side dam. End dams measure a minimum of one-half inch in height. Segmented flashing pieces overlap by a minimum of four inches, with lap joints sealed using approved sealant. All corner joints are soldered or otherwise joined as required to maintain a watertight pan.
