This interior wall assembly consists of 6-inch cold-formed metal stud framing with stud spacing per the structural drawings. Sound attenuation batt insulation fills the cavity between studs. A layer of 1/2-inch gypsum sheathing is applied to the exterior side, while the interior finish is specified per the finish schedule.
