The ceiling joist connects to the full-height metal stud wall using three number eight screws at each stud. A continuous track with three number eight screws at each stud aligns at the adjacent framing condition. Solid blocking is positioned between studs at the joist intersection. The metal stud wall framing is installed per schedule.
