A six-inch diameter concrete-filled steel sleeve with a painted finish stands four feet tall above a concrete deck. The bollard features a solid cap with eased edges at the top. Top and bottom plates measuring one inch by twelve inches by one foot zero inches anchor the assembly. Four three-quarter-inch diameter rods secure the bollard through the concrete deck, welded with five-sixteenth-inch typical fillet welds.
