A cone flashing assembly at a roof pipe penetration utilizes a PVC flashing boot fitted over the pipe penetration, secured at the top with a stainless steel hose clamp over a PVC sealant bead maintaining a one-inch minimum clearance. The boot extends down to a hot-air welded PVC base flashing anchored to the adhered roof membrane and insulation assembly. The assembly is fastened to the structural roof deck and barrier board using quarter-inch Simpson SDS stainless steel screws with Sarnadisc plates spaced at sixteen inches on center where crickets do not occur.
