A root watering assembly is installed below the finish grade, containing a bubbler and check valve within the upper portion of the vertical sleeve. A swing pipe assembly connects the lower portion of the root watering assembly to a schedule 40 lateral pipe and fittings. The swing pipe length is adjusted as required for the site installation.
