The assembly consists of a concrete slab topped with tapered rigid insulation and a fully adhered single-ply roofing membrane. A standard roof drain and an overflow drain with an insert standpipe are set into the concrete deck. The overflow drain features a standpipe positioned two inches above the finished roof deck along with a two-inch overflow collar sealed with an approved sealant at the membrane interface. Insulation maintains a minimum thickness of one-half inch and extends one inch above the slab at the work point.
