The assembly consists of a 13-inch diameter wireless access point bollard mounted atop an 18-inch diameter concrete pier. The pier extends 3 feet below grade and is reinforced with six number 4 vertical reinforcing bars and number 3 circular ties spaced at 12 inches on center, with three additional ties provided in the top 5 inches. The top of the concrete pier is set flush with the finished grade, with topsoil coverage provided around the base. The bollard technology and specific access point requirements are to be coordinated per the project specifications and technology documentation.
