The assembly consists of a three-foot-six-inch high railing featuring a three-quarter-inch by two-and-a-quarter-inch powder-coated aluminum top bar supported by one-half-inch by two-inch powder-coated aluminum posts. Vertical balusters or posts maintain a maximum spacing of four inches. A toe board is secured near the base with a mounting plate.
