Thermoplastic polyolefin roofing membrane extends up the vertical face of a precast concrete wall panel, secured at the top by a continuous termination bar and fastener with continuous sealant and caulking. The membrane is adhered using bonding adhesive over the wall and roof insulation. At the roof deck, a metal plate and fastener secure the assembly, which consists of TPO roofing over one-inch insulation with batt insulation underneath, maintaining a one-foot minimum dimension.
