An accessible base cabinet configuration incorporates plastic laminate faced side panels and a fixed cabinet drawer front with a 2 foot 10 inch overall height. The millwork accommodates an ADA-compliant sink and faucet alongside an insulated drain pipe and optional garbage disposal. A removable plastic laminate faced panel with exposed pan head screw fasteners provides access below, while maintaining the required minimum 2 foot 3 inch knee clearance and 9 inch toe clearance. An optional plastic laminate fascia panel is included as needed to achieve required clearances.
