A through-wall scupper passes through a parapet wall to drain roof runoff into an exterior conductor head and downspout. The assembly incorporates a gravel stop notched to permit drainage, set over pressure-treated wood nailers with a slope per plan and a minimum four-inch width. Waterproofing is achieved using water cut-off mastic beneath the flange and a reglet with counterflashing sealed at the wall interface. A closure flange with sealant is installed at the scupper outlet to prevent water infiltration.
