A painted handrail and mesh plate bar guardrail assembly is secured above a structural steel tube stringer with a three-foot-six-inch offset. The handrail stands thirty-four and three-sixteenth inches to the top of the rail from the tread, featuring five-sixteenth by two-inch zinc-coated through-bolts with lock washers connecting five balusters. A toe kick is provided at the base of the guardrail. The tube steel stringer is sized per the stair shaft section for riser heights.
