A stair intermediate landing transition with concrete fill over metal pan treads supported by steel channel stringers. Treads feature a minimum depth of eleven inches with slip-resistant surfaces and smooth, rounded, or chamfered exposed edges complying with California Building Code standards. Risers measure between six and seven inches with equal spacing. A closure plate seals the junction between the metal pan stair assembly and the adjacent landing slab, which consists of three inches of concrete fill.
