An equipment rack back pan is anchored against a finished wall with backing provided by architecture or structural trades. Fastening uses number twelve sheet metal screws with a minimum two and one-half inch length, paired with three-eighths inch nylon flat washers. The back pan incorporates anchor cutouts measuring eight-hundred seventy-five thousandths of an inch in diameter with two typical forty-one-thousandths-inch diameter holes.
