A one-and-one-half-inch round powder-coated handrail mounts to stair treads with core-drilled anchorage pockets at the floor level. The handrail maintains a two-foot eleven-inch height above the tread nose and includes a one-foot horizontal extension which is omitted at cross-aisle conditions.
