A 1-1/2-inch per-steel handrail, primed and painted per specifications with smooth ground welds, is supported 1-1/2 inches minimum from a concrete panel. The handrail connects to a 1/4-inch by 3-inch diameter steel plate welded to the pipe, which secures to the wall panel using three 1/4-inch by 3-inch expansion bolts spaced at 6 feet 0 inches on center and 6 inches from each end with a return to the wall.
