This wall assembly consists of 6-inch cold-formed metal framing spaced at 24 inches on center with 5-inch interior gypsum board on the interior side. Four inches of spray foam insulation with a minimum R-27 rating fills the framing cavity. A 5/8-inch DenseElement barrier system is applied to the exterior face of the framing. The exterior finish is completed with an exterior insulation and finish system over 2 inches of insulation.
