This top landing assembly features a painted steel stringer framing into the floor structure at Level 2, established at an elevation of 114 feet 0 inches. A painted steel pipe handrail and a painted steel pipe guardrail are supported by vertical painted steel pickets spaced at a maximum of four inches on center. The guardrail extends vertically three feet six inches above the finished landing level.
