A portal header assembly spanning two feet in finished dimension is framed with diagonal bracing at four feet on center. The surround is finished with porcelain tile designated as T2 and T3, featuring a Schlueter Seine trim at the edge adjacent to the casework. Stained walnut veneer panels are attached using Z-clips to an underlying plywood substrate. Walnut casework trim with profile TR1 and a walnut crown molding with profile CR1 finish the millwork.
