Head condition of a new window installed beneath an existing wood-framed monitor roof and header. An existing wood fascia and siding condition are maintained with repairs as needed at the exterior. A new flashing profile is integrated above the new window unit to shed water away from the rough opening. The new window is anchored below the existing wood header.
