Three five-eighths inch gypsum board is fastened to three and five-eighths inch cold-formed metal studs spaced at sixteen inches on center. Fiberglass sound batt insulation is installed within the stud cavity where applicable. A bottom track anchors the base of the metal stud framing, with the base finish provided per schedule.
