A PVC roof assembly is installed over a concrete fill on metal deck substrate. A fully adhered vapor retarder is applied directly to the concrete fill, followed by a layer of tapered rigid board roof insulation. A cover board is placed over the insulation to receive the scheduled PVC roofing membrane, which features a typical four-inch minimum overlap sealed with a hot air weld.
