A concrete tilt-up panel bears above a hollow metal door frame with wire tee frame anchors spaced at thirty-two inches on center. A three-quarter-inch chamfer is provided at the panel corner alongside typical caulking joints. A sixteen-gauge cold-rolled hollow metal door frame is installed with a metal drip shield at the head, attached with stainless steel screws and neoprene washers. The hollow metal door is detailed with no open seams to weather.
