The assembly centers on a 10x10 tube steel member designated for the placement of an Angel Moroni statue, surrounded by four 4x4 tube steel structural members. Heavy gauge metal studs and 16-gauge bent plates form the octagonal perimeter framing shape. The exterior build-up consists of three-quarter-inch plywood blocking finished with a fluid-applied waterproof membrane and slate roof tiles.
