Various membrane flashing termination details show reinforced waterproofing membranes adhered to masonry or wood framed walls using bonding adhesive. Mechanical terminations incorporate termination bars secured with fasteners, water cut-off mastic, and sealant installed per manufacturer specifications. Counterflashing installations feature metal flashings secured with fasteners and sealed at the top edge. A metal cap detail over wood framing is also provided for wall top conditions.
