This stair or ladder detail features 2 1/2-inch by 3/8-inch side rails with a 1/2-inch radius top finish, connected to a 7-inch partition system via a 3/8-inch bent plate welded to the stringer and secured with an expansion bolt. Three-quarter-inch diameter rungs are set into and welded to the side rails at 1-foot-0-inch centers. The base of the assembly is anchored to the pit floor using a clip angle attachment.
