A two-inch thick steel plate measuring two feet one and one-quarter inches in total length with a tapered profile. The plate features machine scribe lines on its top surface centered on grid lines, measuring one-sixteenth of an inch wide by one-thirty-second of an inch deep. A five-inch diameter through-hole is centered on the transverse grid intersection. Four thirteen-sixteenths by one-inch slotted holes are provided for fastener adjustment.
