A 1-5/8 inch monolithic or laminated glass panel of type GL-2 connects to a steel column assembly. An 8-inch-wide by 4-inch-high patch plate pairs with a three-quarter-inch-thick bearing plate to secure the glass. Steel framing components are detailed with E-MTL-07 designations.
