A prefinished brake metal scupper penetrates the exterior wall framing, discharging through a TPO edge flashing tied into a fully adhered single-ply TPO roof membrane. The roof assembly is sloped using rigid insulation over R-25 poly-iso insulation supported by a one-and-a-half-inch painted metal deck. Continuous metal cleats secure the flashing at joints, sealed with joint sealant against the exterior wall finish. The structural support consists of painted hollow structural section columns and beams.
