The roof assembly consists of a single-ply roof membrane applied over rigid insulation and wood roof sheathing sized per structural requirements. A primary roof drain and an overflow drain are installed with a two-foot minimum separation. Tapered insulation slopes down to the drain sumps, and a two-inch collar is provided at the overflow drain only.
