Vertical tongue-and-groove Plyboo wood flooring is installed over a partition wall type defined in the schedule with type 2 backing. The wall cladding terminates below a gypsum board ceiling soffit with a quarter-inch joint clearance. Metal stud framing supports the partition assembly with batt insulation.
