Roof drains and overflow drains are set into the roof assembly with a minimum two-foot spacing between them. The single-ply roof membrane is installed over rigid insulation, which is tapered down to form a two-inch collar specifically around the overflow drains. The roof assembly is supported by roof sheathing sized per structural requirements.
