A concrete wall panel section reinforced with continuous horizontal bars and ties. Two number six bars run continuous across the full width of the panel with standard ninety-degree hooks at each end. Two number five bars spaced at ten inches on center maximum run across the full width of the panel. Number three ties spaced at eight inches on center are provided, omitted where vertical cages occur.
