The assembly consists of a one-and-one-quarter-inch diameter round painted steel pipe handrail supported by typical wall brackets secured to the adjacent wall construction. A framed three-foot-six-inch guardrail is located beyond where applicable, with the handrail positioned at forty-two inches for the guard and dimensional offsets extending up to five feet maximum. Railings return to the wall where applicable, or return to the floor in conditions lacking an adjacent wall.
