A six-inch long anchor bar passes through the pipe inside the concrete footing. A one-and-three-quarter-inch by one-and-three-quarter-inch preformed galvanized steel tubing insert or sleeve connects via corner bolts with seat locking nuts. A one-foot by one-and-a-half-foot aluminum handicapped parking sign mounts to the post.
