An exterior steel stair assembly framing with MC12x10.6 stringers spanning from a concrete foundation to a concrete slab on grade. The stair landing is supported by a C8x18.75 channel header anchored to a precast concrete panel with three-quarter-inch diameter all-threaded epoxy anchors spaced at twelve inches on center using Hilti HIT HY-150 adhesive. Steel guardrails and handrails attach to the stringers, with typical C4x5.4 channels forming the guardrail framing. Treads and landings are provided per manufacturer specifications, and the base of the stair stringer bears onto a concrete footing.
