A mini split condensing unit is mounted to the exterior wall using a dedicated wall support bracket equipped with vibration isolation. Refrigerant lines connect to back-seated refrigerant valves and include refrigerant gauge connections with locking type tamper resistant caps. The assembly incorporates a filter-dryer and a sight glass with a moisture indicator on the liquid line. Insulated refrigerant suction lines and liquid lines route through the exterior wall into the attic or ceiling space to the respective air handling unit, with wall penetrations sealed water-tight. Separate conduit provides power and control connections to the unit.
