The wall panel and wainscot extend upward from the floor panel bearing on an existing floor. A 3 3/4 inch total thickness of tile, grout, and concrete is specified by others over the floor panel. A 1/4 inch layer of leveling sand is placed under the floor assembly. The assembly includes an 8 inch dimension for mandatory backfill by others and a 36 inch wainscot height.
